Ingredients
Plain Flour | 140g |
Cocoa powder sifted | 20g |
Castor Sugar | 200g |
Sunflower Oil | 80ml |
Vanilla extract | 1tsp |
Vegan dark chocolate (melted) | 200g |
Almond Milk | 240ml |
Vegan milk chocolate chunks | 40g |
Vegan white chocolate chunks | 40g |
Preheat fan oven to 160ºC
Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper
Combine all dry ingredients and whisk to incorporate together
Add oil, almond milk, vanilla and melted chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon
Chop white and milk chocolate chunks and add.
Pour into prepared tin
Bake for 25-30 minutes, leave to cool before turning out onto a wire rack to rest for a few hours.
Cut into 16 pieces and enjoy!
