I am impressed with all of the reviews that say this is easy to take and palatable, especially for kids. My daughter was really grossed out by this orange-flavored oil (more the texture than the flavor, really) and after trying a number of ways to make it work for her, I decided just to take it myself to use it up. I dread it each night and would much rather swallow a capsule than a teaspoon of viscous oil. I'm glad this works for so many, but was a huge fail for us. Ew.
