Subscribe & Save is the most convenient way for you to get the supplements you want delivered to you on a regular basis automatically. The service is easy to use and is customisable, so you can make changes online whenever you need. Just tell us the supplements you would like, how often you want them delivered and we'll take it from there. You can choose to have your supplements delivered every 30, 60 or 120 days.
Signing up for a subscription order is easy:
Simply select the Subscribe & Save option for your desired product
Create an account or log in to your account
Add any additional supplements you would like in your subscription
Checkout as normal
After you sign up for a Subscribe & Save order you will receive an email to confirm this. This email will include a link to access the ‘Subscriptions’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders, subscription order items, and subscription order account information.
Due to customs restrictions, orders to EU countries are capped at €150. If your subscription exceeds this amount, your order will be shipped in separate deliveries so that each delivery is below €150 in value.
We will place your Subscribe & Save orders automatically with the supplements you have chosen in the ‘subscriptions’ section of your account. You can change the date you would like your order to be shipped in the ‘Subscriptions’ section of your account. Any changes you wish to make to your subscription should be made 48 hours before the order is due to be sent out. We will send you an email reminder 14 days before each order is due to be shipped.
You can make changes to your subscription anytime by visiting ‘Subscriptions’ in ‘Your account’. Changes must be made 48 hours before your order is due to be sent. You can view this date by clicking the ‘Subscriptions’ section of ‘Your account’.
To change the delivery address for your subscription order:
Log into your account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘Address Book’
Click the ‘Edit’ by your Delivery Address
You can add an alternative delivery address to your ‘Address Book’ by clicking the ‘add’ button on the right hand side.
Any changes to a delivery address should be made 48 hours before the next shipping date. You can view the shipping date of your next order by clicking on the ‘Subscriptions’ section of ‘Your account’.
To change the date of your subscription order:
Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘Subscriptions’.
You can then select a new date for your order.
To change the payment method for your subscription order:
Log into your account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘Subscriptions’
You can enter your new card details and click ‘update’
Yes, you can pay for your subscription with PayPal.
For UK customers, orders over £25 will receive free shipping. For non-UK customers, orders over £70 will receive free shipping.
You can remove items from your subscription order by visiting the ‘subscriptions’ section of your account. Any changes you wish to make to your subscription should be made 48 hours before the order is due to be sent out.
To cancel your subscription:
Log into your online account, then on the left-hand menu select ‘Subscriptions’.
You can then select to cancel your subscription.
Once you have cancelled your subscription, you will receive an email to confirm this.
You can only set up one subscription per Vegetology account. If you wish to set up another subscription for a family member or friend, you can do this by setting up another Vegetology account using a different email address.

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Vegetology. Vegetology reserves the right to change the repeat order discount amount at any time. Subscribe & Save items will ship automatically based on the frequency you select until you cancel. By placing your order you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected. You can change the date of your order, the supplements you have added to your subscription or cancel your subscriptions at any time through the ‘Subscriptions’ section which can be found in ‘Your Account’. Any changes made to your order or delivery address must be completed 48 hours before the date of your next order.
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you. Subscribe and Save discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available.
