A great vegan product. It's much better and more sustainable to obtain the Omega-3 from the source- microalgae, rather than fish.

This is the best vegan omega 3 I have ever tried. My skin has improved since using it and cognitively, I feel that I am learning faster. It has only been about 2-3 weeks that I am using it and already feel better. I will definitely buy it again. I would also like to add that when asking the vegan community on reddit which vegan omega 3 they recommended and why, they mostly said "Vegetology". You will feel a difference.

I saw Brian Johnson using your Omega supplement, so I decided to give it a try! It’s great, but I just wish it didn’t have carrageenan and had a higher dosage per capsule—reaching at least 1 gram of Omegas. Otherwise, it would be perfect!

I was recommended these by a friend, who actually gives the liquid version to her dog mixed with the gold powder supplement by ‘just be kind vegan dog food’ and recommended by the vegan vet who started the company and I have really noticed that my nails are so much stronger so very happy to have discovered this vegan brand and highly recommend their products .! I am currently taking the omega 3 which contains vitamin d and also the vollogen (vegan amino acids to promote collagen production) (I do also take veg 1 from the vegan society ) I order in bulk to get the discounted price ..

I use it for years and it helped me greatly. BUT To get optimal omega 3 blood values you may (!) need way more than the amount in the daily dose here. I currently take 3x the dose ie 6 pills and costly as hell. But it improved visibly my skin and mood. And several papers also take higher doses. So I cannot understand that a company which promotes their scientific approach so much doesn't offer a better dose.
