We like the ingredients as it's so hard to find a multivitamin with all those minerals and vitamins together. Sadly I can't give 5 stars as our children dislike the tablet form. They are very hard to bite into and it takes them a long time to eat two tablets. I hope there will be a liquid form soon. They are also not keen on the taste.
